-175 grams of light cream cheese.
-75 grams of skimmed milk shake cheese
-20 grams of cornstarch
-1 teaspoon of yeast
-Food coloring to taste.
-Liquid sweetener to taste.-
-Choose the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and beat to the point of snow.
-Bate the yolks and add the cheese spread, the beaten cheese, a pinch of food coloring and a spoonful of liquid sweetener.
Take a bowl and mix the cornstarch with the yeast, then add to the bowl of the yolks and mix everything.
-Add the mixture of the yolks to the bowl of the egg whites until stiff and mix everything well with rods or a spoon.
-Try the dough: if it is not very sweet, add a little more sweetener (be careful because it sweetens a lot).
– Put special paper for oven in a medium tray to be able to unmold the cake.
– Put the tray with a few drops of oil and pour the dough into it.
– Put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes.
