KALE AND HARISSA FLATBREAD PIZZA

Let’s go to our tasty Kale Pizza recipe

Ingredients –

Serves 2:

– 2 homemade flatbreads

– 2 tbsp harissa

– 2 tbsp tomato puree (paste)

– 2 handfuls of kale

– 30g/1oz mature cheddar cheese

1) Take the cooked flatbread and spread the harissa and tomato puree over them. Add the kale and sprinkle over the cheese and a little sea salt and black pepper.

*optional – drizzle some olive oil over the pizzas*

2) Put in a preheated oven at 200C/390F for 10 minutes.
