Mussels and vegetables! What else?
The perfect combination! This recipe brings you the best of two worlds… On one hand, seafood…. and on the other, vegetables. Both really healthy ingredients.
– 1 kg of mussels
– 1 red pepper
– 1 green pepper
– 1 chive
– Fresh or pickled cucumber
– Tabasco (optional)
– Open the steamed mussels in a covered pot with a splash of white wine and a bay leaf.
– For the vinaigrette, in a bowl we emulsify olive oil with vinegar to the taste of each one, but trying not to put there is too much because it would kill the taste of the mollusk.
