Throughout human history, our ancestors have utilized fish as a food source. They found in fish a great source of proteins, vitamins, and fatty acids and nutrients.  Hopefully they were super right, and junk food did not exist at that time… Fish is by far among the healthiest foods on the planet, ever. Get rid off junk food and go eat some helathy fish.

This acquatic creature was and is so important that it was and it is still recreated in literature, art, and other sublimatory ways of expression. For example, it is even sacred in Oriental Cultures: Matsya is the avatar of the Hindu God Vishnu in the form of a fish.
