Workouts for a healthy bed!

Happy bed scene:

If you have had a great night, at least once in your life, you perfectly know that this type of activity is a really great sport. You do exercise with your whole body, and performance is… let´s say: 90% of sexual life?

It doesn´t depend on you, but in your partner, too. Both need a great shape in order to be accurate for a great show. And you know the show must always go on!

So, after searching a while (difficult task as it is apparently a taboo, still nowadays), here a some tips in order to help you improve your body… sexy exercises, with no particular needs of equipment!

1- Go out and run: running is great for cardio. The better your cardio is, the greater you time on the main activity may be. It is a classic to find someone, that, after only five minutes is already tired. What a disaster and boring person… well, then, if you don´t want to be that kind of person, just go out and run through the park, streets or hills.

2- Do yoga. Yes, yoga. This art is everywhere, even in this article. Why? Well, if you start thinking, it would really help you with the stretching part. Being a proper stretched out person is essential, in order to do proper Kamasutra positions. Imagine doing that weird ´W´ position, and you realize that your partner is already ready, and that for you that it´s and impossible task… shame on you!

3- Go to Twerk lessons: it may sound fun, but in fact, twerking -as well as every other dance- it´s a great combination of everything.You have Little legs moves, abs exercises, and hip movements. Everyone, boys and girls, would love to shake their booty like in those clips… imagine now, without clothes… damn!

4- Push-ups: well, having nice arms is really attractive for every gender. Not only because it reminds us our primitive caveman inside us because of that concept of brute force, but, because it demonstrates the other, that they can have a proper swing. Up and down, up and down…

5- Sit-ups: how to forget this classic! Sit-ups involve a huge range of movements and lifting motion; they force you to work not just your abdominal muscles, but also the connecting stabilizer muscles, such as legs and hip flexors. As well as your chest!
